1.1. We accept returns of products within 7 days of the date of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

1.3. Once you have received an RA, please securely package the item and ship it to our address. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

1.4. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the conditions for return. If the item is accepted for return, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 14 days.
